Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band situated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years pal, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
